Once
we have visited and the application has been filled out, the processing will start, but only after
the HUD counseling has been completed.

get your loan to closing in a timely manner.
An
appraisal is ordered, a title search as

Upon
completion of the loan processing, a closing date is scheduled,

their home. The purpose of a closing is to
finalize
and sign and the required documentation. Then after the required 3 (Three) day right of recision, the loan is funded.
