Contact a HUD approved counselor to set an appointment for a reverse mortgage counseling session. To receive a current HUD approved list of counselors, call 1-800-343-7611.

Once we have visited and the application has been filled out, the processing will start, but only after the HUD counseling has been completed.

Our processing center is local and is not centralized,

which means we are able to expedite the process

and get your loan to closing in a timely manner.

An appraisal is ordered, a termite inspection (required by HUD), a title search as well as a number of other required reports.

Upon completion of the loan processing a closing  date is scheduled, again this is at the borrowers convenience and in the comfort of the their home. The purpose of a closing is to finalize and sign and the required documentation.
